Whether you’re following your own training plan, using our additional bodybuilding or competitor programming, or getting ready for something big like HYROX or an obstacle course race, our Open Gym membership gives you the space and tools to train exactly how you want.

TRAIN ON YOUR TERMS

Outside of class times, you can use the entire gym for your own sessions. Move freely between our CrossFit functional area and the Muay Thai room (used for classes in the evenings). It’s the perfect option for anyone who wants the flexibility to train around their schedule without compromising on equipment or space.

DURING CLASS TIMES

When our group classes are on, you still have access to the dedicated Open Gym space. If you’d prefer a quieter environment, we recommend training during off-peak hours in the day or later evenings.
