Muay Thai is a combat sport with centuries of tradition behind it. Born in Thailand, it blends powerful strikes with deep discipline and mental grit. What sets it apart is the use of eight contact points — punches, kicks, elbows, and knees — which turn your entire body into a weapon.

At Everyday Athlete Gym in Glasgow, we teach Muay Thai the right way. You’ll learn proper technique, build real confidence, and move with intent. Each class is structured by experienced coaches who care more about your progress than just making you sweat.

Whether you're aiming to get fit, pick up a new skill, or work toward your first fight, this is where it starts.

CLASS SCHEDULE

We run Muay Thai classes Monday to Thursday, offering a consistent and welcoming path for anyone looking to train:

MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS
5;30pm - 6:30pm

TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS
6:30pm -7:30pm

These sessions are open to all levels and are the ideal place for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Each class is a mix of technical drills, pad work, bag work, and conditioning—giving you the full Muay Thai experience while building fitness, confidence, and skill.

For those who attend consistently and show dedication, our Friday Intermediate session offers a more advanced training experience. This class is invite-only, for students regularly attending Monday–Thursday classes.
