Refund Policy

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition and with its original packaging within 60 days of purchase. 

• Contiguous U.K customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost)
• International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways
• If you are returning an item over £50 in value, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance
• Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent

Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

• Gift Cards and Store Credit
• Closeout item sales
• EDA + VIRTUAL Memberships (refer to the EDA+ Virtual Terms And Conditions) 
• Downloadable software products and services (i.e. EBooks)
• Some health and personal care items 

Returned items must be sent to the address below. We recommend contacting us  via email (admin@everydayathletegym.com) so that we may coordinate with you accordingly and process in a timely manner.
