And all that’s really needed to get started is your Body, a pair of Dumbbells and a Jump Rope. EDA 40 is designed to give you an amazing fat-burning and muscle-building workouts with minimal equipment. Selecting the EDA 40 workout track means you won’t need to spend hours at the gym to get the results you want.
EDA X is our strength & conditioning track designed to get you strong & fit. NCX workouts combine traditional strength training followed by a full-body conditioning workout. You’ll know what to expect, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be any easier. Warm up, lift, then sweat.
GPP is our high intensity functional training program built for maximum results and maximum variety. Workouts combine high-powered functional movements with a variety of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning.
EDA Flex is a functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program Workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics. Each day will consist of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of EDAFLEX is simple – all gains, zero stress!
EDA Mobility is brought to you through a partnership between NCFIT & The Ready State (TRS) by Dr. Kelly Starrett. Through the expert guidance of TRS, you will better recover, recharge, and evolve on a daily basis.
