GPP - General Physical Preparedness
GPP is our high intensity program built for maximum results and maximum variety. Workouts combine high-powered functional movements with a variety of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning. You won’t know what’s coming – that’s why it works.
EDA X - Strength and Conditioning
EDA X is our strength & conditioning track designed to get you strong & fit. EDA X workouts combine traditional strength training followed by a full-body conditioning workout. You’ll know what to expect, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be any easier. Warm up, lift, then sweat.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai The national sport of Thailand, with a history stretching back over 3000 years. Described as the art of eight limbs, our coaches will teach you to utilise your fists, elbows, knees and kicks in what we believe is an unparalleled workout and an exceptional way to let off steam.
Muay Thai has always been at the heart of what we do, our coaches passion for the sport comes from decades of training, fighting and their continued physical improvement. And we cannot wait to share this passion with our members.
Open Gym
Missed a workout or want to complete one of our additional programs from our APP. Open gym is on all day outwit classes and during class within our dedicated open gym space.

EDA Compete
Looking to take part in functional fitness competitions or need a little extra work? Our EDA Compete track works in conjunction with our GPP class and gives extra conditioning, skill work, gymnastics and olympic lifting to take your fitness to a new and improved level.
EDA 40
Need an intense sweat? EDA 40 is our Minimal equipment High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program program that can be done at home, on the road, or just getting after it on the go. And all that’s really needed to get started is your body, a pair of Dumbbells and a Jump Rope.
EDA Mobility
Powered by Kelly Starett and the Ready State, EDA Mobility helps you with your mobility, movement and mechanics to help you prepare and recover from your training and have you functioning at a high level.
