Different to a motorised treadmill there is no minimum or maximum speed as your speed is determined by how fast you can run.
The curve runner is perfect for home workouts or a commercial setting.
Curve Runner Benefits
If you are unfamiliar with the Air Runner, they are non-motorised treadmills. These motor-less treadmills enforce a more efficient running form and according to the Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, push runners to work 30% harder and burn more cals.
Manoeverability
Due to the size of a treadmill, being able to move it easily is a must especially if you need it quickly in a circuit. The built in handle and wheels allow easy manoeuvrability around your home or commercial setting and the handy adjustable feet ensure that even on uneven flooring you will have the perfectly balanced run.
